Expressions of Interest

Teen Spirit is seeking new members for it's advisory board and is inviting expressions of interest.
Positions are volunteer based and are open to any one with experience or expertise in the not for profit sector or in dealing with at risk youth.

The Teen Spirit Foundation is pleased to announce it will be supporting Company B at the Belvoir St Theatre, the Incite Youth Arts programme, the Inspire Foundation and the Midnight Basketball Programme this year.
While having funded all of these organisations or projects previously, we are pleased to see growth and development in all of these examples and opportunities for them to maximise their effectiveness and reach.
This was a particularly difficult funding round given the calibre of projects requiring funding. Thank you to everyone who applied, and apologies to those who were not successful.

The Teen Spirit Foundation would like to thank Anna la Grassa and Norma Burrows for their contributions to the foundation. We are unfortunately farewelling Anna and Norma as they will no longer be sitting on the advisory board but we'd like to wish them both all the best in the future.

We are pleased to announce that we will again be funding Company B and their Priority Schools program this year, in conjunction with Mission Australia and the Incite Youth Arts programme. These organisations and programmes are all currently in a stage of growth and are excellent examples of how effective youth projects can be scaled to further their reach.

Teen Spirit is pleased to announce that we will be supporting the Midnight Basketball programme in addition to again supporting Company B and Youth Express at the Belvoir St Theatre this year. These are both great programs that reflect the focus of Teen Spirit and demonstrate effective engagement of young people in a positive environment.

New Teen Spirit Site Launched

Another succesful performance for Company B's Youth Express Program

Monday was Company B's annual performance for their Youth Express Program students. It was a great success with the audience and performers enjoying themselves thoroughly. Teen Spirit would like to congratulate everyone involved on a great program and performance. Stay tuned for some pictures up soon.
